I’ve had two breathing and meditation sessions with RIOR, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. I’ve noticed I am able to breath through my nose better during exercise, and have also improved my run time. I’ve implemented the breathing techniques during stressful situations and have been able to successfully calm down. One of my main concerns is losing lung capacity and efficiency as I age. With the RIOR techniques, I feel that I am preventing, if not reversing, this issue. RIOR’s multi-step, holistic approach to breathing better is an effective solution for anyone interested in improving their overall wellbeing.

I am beyond grateful for my session with RIOR.In only one session I have obtained knowledge about myself that can only come with direct connection to the source of life, my breath. RIOR has shown me the ways I was disconnected from my breath and more optimal ways to find and work in that daily connection to my breath. Breathing is powerful. It's easy to go day to day just surviving and breathing naturally with no awareness of your own breath and its patterns. The rekindled relationship with my breath has added value to my day to day on so many levels. Firstly when life happens and it's out of control I have realized there is one thing I Can control its my breath which is the life force that dictates how I interact and perceive the unpredictable world around me, allowing me to go with the flow of each breath instead of being consumed by toxic energy and emotions. This re-connection with my breath has also strengthened my relation to my own Divinity and the creator of the Universe God. The experience with RIOR was such an intimate way to not only get in touch with myself but with my partner. Jeremy is so knowledgeable in proper breath technique and literally gives an individualized breakdown of what YOUR breath looks like and how you can improve all aspects of breathing. I never knew I was breathing incorrectly until my session with Jeremy @Rior. In less than 75 minutes he taught me the correct way to breathe using my belly and diaphragm instead of my chest. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He taught me how to open up my air way and even knew which nostril was dominant in my breathing. We went over numerous stretches and techniques that I use on a daily basis. One session with Rior and it will completely change how you look at breathing! Thank you Jeremy!

Our sessions with Jeremy provide dedicated time to focus on our wellness - both individually and as a couple. We enjoy all aspects of each session and have a much deeper sense of connectedness during and after. Our time spent with Jeremy is quite literally breathing new life into our marriage. Cold water immersion and breath work was the most beautiful and empowering experience. We began by Jeremy working with me and breathing correctly through different stretches. Not only was I learning about proper breathing but I was also connecting to myself. For me trauma and depression have been an ongoing thing and my maladaptive way of coping has always been a disconnect from self. Next came the water immersion. I was able to fully immerse myself into the ice water. Throughout the full 6 minutes by controlling my breathing I was able to control my reaction to the ice water. It was so incredibly liberating.
